On Friday, the North West Media Awards announced the list of nominees nominated by their followers at Vogue Lodge in Tlhabane, Rustenburg.
It is said that the awards will be hosted in Bojanala for the next three years, as Bojanala is part of the tourism attraction to interprovincial and people from outside the country.
Out of 15 categories, only six will be judged by the panel of organisers, while the public will vote for the remainder of categories.
The North West Media Awards has 132 nominees competing in different categories, such as Journalist of the Year, Radio Presenter of the Year, Communicator of the Year Newsletter of the Year and a couple of others.
Mo Media, which is less than a year old in the publishing business, was also nominated in the Newspaper of the Year category. Our regular contributor and journalist, Nombulelo has been nominated in the Journalist of the Year category.

The winners will be announced at a main event that will take place on December 8, where the impact of media on people's lives will be celebrated.
