"My roots are my strength. I aimed to prove that even those born in rural areas or villages can reach the pinnacle of success. I've raised a flag for North West, particularly for Setlagole and Setlhwatlwe. I stand as the first successful author from Setlagole, putting it on the map. "Inspired by the legendary 1980s musician Sydney Mogopodi, known for the hit song 'Mama's Baby,' I've embraced my heritage and made it a source of inspiration," said Mokoto.
The author advises not to wait for things to happen to them but to seek and acquire them. "Proactivity breeds success. Rather than waiting for opportunities, go out and seize them. Don't seek what others can do for you, but strive to make a meaningful contribution. True fulfilment comes from lifting others and helping them succeed. In giving, we find our success. It's the divine principle of life," said Mokoto.
