Joseph Ndaba from Magogoe Koi-koi in Mahikeng is the Founder and Director of Creativ’ Minds and CEO of Mahikeng Digital Innovation Hub (MDIHub); a motivational speaker, banking systems training specialist at FNB, a freelance facilitator, business coach, and mentor, a rising star award finalist 2015 and Who’s Who in SA notable, and founder of Joepac Ndaba Foundation. MDIHub was ranked as a top SA company in Innocentrix's 2019/20 Innovation League awards and was placed third in the Innovation League Ranking. He was a finalist in the 2017 Black Business Quarterly Awards (BBQ awards).
He is currently a counsellor and board member at Lifeline Mahikeng, the Chairperson of Pretoria Archdiocese Youth, a member of the North-West University Information Systems Department (ISD) Industry Advisory Board, and a member of Enactus University (Mahikeng Campus). His recent project was to launch a ground-breaking FNB Fraud Desk.
